Kate Lee, Global Head of Regulatory Data Solutions at Bloomberg also highlighted the increasing significance of regulatory readiness: “This third acknowledgment reflects the momentum of our 60+ regulatory data solutions covering more than 50 regulations across the world.”
Recently, Bloomberg has added RegTech functionalities, such as the recent upgrade of its High-Quality Liquid Assets (HQLA) solution to support Basel III in the Middle East. Custom products have also been introduced to assist companies in being in conformity with new regulations such as the SEC Short Selling Rule (13f-2) and NAIC Principle-Based Bonds requirements.
Broader compliance programs the company is also working on include AIFMD 2.0, the MiFIR Review and global sanctions tracking. Offering a delivery suite, SFTP, REST API, and cloud integration, Bloomberg makes enterprise deployment of its RegTech tools flexible.
