Nudge Security secures new capital to enhance the security governance of SaaS and AI in modern and distributed organizations.
Nudge Security has just announced their Series A round of $22.5 million pushed by Cerberus Ventures and they are rushing to fulfill their goal of securing the SaaS and AI ecosystem, which is quickly expanding. The investment deepens the role of Nudge as being the sole platform that ensures the securitization of either AI or SaaS at the Workforce Edge: the place where employees engage with the tools that are capable of defining the organizational security.
The company has gained considerable momentum since its launch in 2022 and reported 3 x ARR growths in two years in a row and signed almost 200 customers in fields such as finance, biotech, entertainment, and cloud-native software. Nudge's automated governance tools help organizations see in real-time all the SaaS and AI applications, integrations, and identities they are using to manage risks from AI-enabled applications and the increasing number of SaaS tools.
Big data shipments the platform has also delivered more than 60 feature releases during the last year and has brought in identity governance workflow, supply chain risk alerts, posture monitoring, and visibility of AI usage. Reddit is the example of the customers who describe Nudge as being able to provide complete SaaS inventory within hours of implementation.
The funding will stimulate product growth, boost AI regulation, and make organizations pursue AI-first processes. Nudge Security also has a 14-day free trial period through which a team can map all its SaaS and AI footprint in several minutes.
