UCB and Planten Agro are working together to encourage agro tech, helping farmers use new and sustainable methods in Bangladesh.

UCB and Planten Agro Ltd. have joined forces in a project to promote sustainability in Bangladesh’s farming field. Mr. Nabil Mustafizur Rahman, the Additional Managing Director of UCB and Md. Golam Azam Faruque, Managing Director of Planten Agro Ltd., signed the MoU. By collaborating, the partners want to offer farmers access to the latest agro tech and financial services.

UCB will be providing Planten Agro with suitable banking and financial support which will assist in the use of new agricultural technologies. This cooperation aims to improve productivity and make Bangladesh’s agriculture use modern technology.

Both Planten Agro and UCB were represented by senior members of their organizations such as AKM Fahim Mashroor and Mohammad Salim Chowdhury.
