Redkite Solicitors hires Jeff Wright as a CXO to drive client experience strategy and digital transformation and improve the service standards within the firm.
Redkite Solicitors has appointed Jeff Wright as the first Chief Experience Officer (CXO) in its history, a high-profile position aimed at improving the level of client service and facilitating the transformation process of the firm. Wright entered into the company in July 2025 and he has more than 30 years of experience in the legal field.
Wright began his litigator trainee career, then moved to managing law firms, achieving expertise in innovation, operational excellence, and transforming in a client-centered manner. He has worked in senior leadership positions at some of the largest law firms in the UK, topping business change, digital strategy and client experience improvement.
Wright, as CXO, will lead the client experience strategy at Redkite, where all engagements indicate the excellence, empathy, and innovativeness of the firm. He is also in charge of service design, digital transformation, and cultural development on the organizational level.
On his appointment, Wright remarked, "The rapid growth of Redkite to cover South Wales and into the West of England is indicative of its ambition and positive values. I am thrilled to contribute to the next phase of development of a company deeply rooted in its communities."
Neil Walker, the CEO of Redkite Solicitors, underlined the role of the CXO in the strategic makeup of the company:"Jeff's joining the company is one of the pillars of our vision to transform client expectations. He is an experienced leader who will play a critical role in providing a service that will be distinctive to the current legal market".
