U.S. experts are limiting the development of advanced armament technologies, computer systems, and legal frameworks in response to the growing concerns about China's military buildup and increased tensions regarding Taiwan.
U.S. military analysts and politicians are petitioning the government to increase armament programs, build up alliances, and develop high-tech defense to offset Chinese military might and desire to integrate Taiwan.
Recently, Chinese President Xi Jinping displayed one of the largest, but not the first, military parades in China with fighter jets, hypersonic missiles, drones powered by AI and cyberwarfare divisions. The parade may have been the start of the rapid modernization of the Chinese military by the masters of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the first of three nuclear parades in China.

Defense analysts assert that despite not all Chinese systems being operational, the presentation was a clear declaration of intent. They pressed on Washington to improve deterrence policies and increase its traditional and computerized defense technologies to stay ahead in the strategy.
With the increasing conflict in the Indo-Pacific, analysts hold that U.S. military expenditure and development of the next generation of defense weapon technology will play an important role in fighting off the war and preserving peace in the world.
