NowInfinity Introduces SMSF Trust Deed to Streamline UK Pension Transfers to Australia

NowInfinity introduces the SMSF Trust Deed module as part of its solution for simplifying UK pensions transfers into Australian self-managed super funds (SMSF). The newly available SMSF Deed matches the Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (ROPS) regulations from UK tax authority Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

The integration with NowInfinity's platform simplifies the pension transfer process from UK qualified clients to Australian SMSFs thus removing the need for legal verification that used to increase costs and time requirements. This deed can now be incorporated automatically through the platform which minimizes administrative work and stops clients from facing serious UK tax penalties.
