Restb.ai, an AI and computer-vision pioneer has debuted a breakthrough Document Compliance solution to aid Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) with automating compliance operations. The innovation helps improve the management of documents by scanning the PDFs automatically to identify references to commissions or compensation and classifying them into risk levels.

The tool is being released to the 14,000 subscribers of the Oregon Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS). The solution saves a lot of staff time, enhances accuracy, and minimizes the manual document checks through document process management technology.

The new product is based on the current Photo Compliance solution by Restb.ai, which extends its compliance with MLS. The tool powered by API can manage documents better by highlighting issues and displaying keywords and snippets of context that can be reviewed easily.

Duncan Brownlee, the Vice President of Product at Restb.ai, told Press Release that the new product is only the start, as additional features will be added to ensure that document process management and compliance efficiency are even more optimized. This solution is now operational and can be integrated by the MLS technology vendors.
