India’s E-Learning Goes Global as Novac and HCL GUVI Forge Strategic Alliance

Novac and HCL GUVI partnership blends digital platforms and hands-on tech training to build future-ready skills for global learners.

Novac Technology Solutions, the Chennai-based digital transformation and cloud services arm of the Shriram Group, has partnered with edtech platform HCL GUVI to co-develop next-generation e-learning and certification solutions. The collaboration signals a strong push to make high-quality digital education more accessible, practical, and job-focused, well beyond India’s borders.

At the heart of the partnership is Novac’s AXLE KLASS platform, a comprehensive digital learning infrastructure designed to support online training at scale. This technology will be combined with HCL GUVI’s expertise in structured technical training and curriculum design, known for its hands-on and industry-aligned approach to learning.

Together, the two companies plan to offer globally recognized certification programs in fast-growing technology areas such as AI-powered cloud computing and Full Stack Development (MERN). These courses are designed to be practical, easy to follow, and closely aligned with real-world industry needs making them valuable even for learners without deep technical backgrounds.

“India is emerging as a leader in shaping how digital skills are built and scaled worldwide,” said Mahesh C, Director at Novac Technology Solutions, highlighting the goal of creating a global digital skilling ecosystem that improves employability and prepares learners for the future.

Novac’s journey in the e-learning space began in 2021 with the launch of NOVAC Klass, a digital learning management system for training and education providers. This new collaboration builds on that foundation with a stronger global vision. With this partnership, Novac and HCL GUVI are positioning e-learning as a direct pathway to meaningful careers.
