Hexagon Showcases AI-Driven EAM at ARC Forum

At the ARC Singapore Forum 2025, Hexagon demonstrated the AI-driven EAM technologies, which included the application of data to enhance the efficiency of industries.

The ARC Advisory Group Singapore Forum 2025, on 7 August, with the theme of Winning in the Industrial AI Era, highlighted the role of artificial intelligence in changing operations within the industrial world. As a gold sponsor for the second year, Hexagon introduced its progress in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to the 180 representatives of the automation community.

Tom Kurtz, the Vice President of EAM Portfolio Strategy and Enablement, stated the importance of data being the foundation of digital transformation. Based on a survey of 400 industry leaders, he pointed to such problems as ineffective integration and low visibility, and that connected, accurate, and secure data is the key to successful implementation of AI.

Kurtz described the AI strategy of Hexagon that is based on three pillars: contextualizing data, force multipliers, and an artificial intelligence assistant, HxGN Alix, which is part of its EAM solutions. Alix allows natural-language search, foresight, and recommendation, which makes EAM systems more changeable and more user-friendly.

Hexagon seeks to quicken the scalable adoption of AI by tapping into a so-called digital backbone that harmonizes data on a project, engineering, maintenance, and operations level. The company strategy demonstrates how AI, combined with organized information, can improve the efficiency, productivity, and decision-making of the asset lifecycle.

This strengthened Hexagon as a leader in providing AI-powered EAM innovations in the industrial sector.
