Travel and Tourism 2025 focus of WTTC Global Summit in Rome

Italy to host 2025 WTTC Global Summit uniting travel and tourism leaders to discuss innovations, with officials focused on their goals.

WTTC’s global governing body for travel and tourism will come together at the 2025 Global Summit in Rome welcoming the industries best and brightest for the very first time in history. This is Rome's first of this series. Several activities will take place in late 2025, as this eminent Summit intends to take place together with Italian Ministry of Tourism.

The Global Summit on Travel and Tourism Development has returned to Europe after 6 years, and it is now taking place in Rome. Italian Tourism Minister Daniela Santanchè has her fingers crossed that Italy’s entrance to Schengen will bear good results for travel and tourism. Summit serves as a forum for collaboration between public and private sectors; business leaders help chart the future of trends. An ancient and advanced city with enough cultural heritages and architectural beauty to share with the world’s visitors, Rome receives visitors from all over the world.

The WTTC Global Summit will also serve as a means of reaching a consensus on the prospects of the travel industry and will highlight the cultural and tourism potential of Italy. The other goal of the summit is to help these sectors evolve in light of the fact that the world is gradually returning to normalcy after the pandemic.
