Social networking, that is synonymous with the ‘Like’ button on many platforms has not changed much in its core offerings since 2004 when Facebook was founded. 17 years passed since Facebook was founded and no one worked on an alternative to the business model of free service in exchange of privacy. 50 years passed since invention of E-mail and we still don’t see a spam free, phishing free communication medium. 14 years passed since Apple’s vision of one service one app type model and no one has envisioned the advantages of an Aggregated APP CLOUD sharing one database i.e. one app for many services aka Web4Everything. E-Mail, dominated with Microsoft Exchange Server has been the primary connection method across Enterprises which is not safe because of phishing and other hacking tricks used by hackers. Popular platforms like LinkedIn is serving as a News and lead generation platform. Slack is mostly used as an employee chat tool and hardly used across organizations. Tell us about what motivated you to start your entrepreneurial journey.
I believe I am gifted with creativity, vision and perseverance - using which I see problems that others - either don’t see or if see don’t act; most of us adapt to live with problems as there is no alternative available. e.g. we all know that as soon as we go to a website which provides free service, we give up privacy. So far we have seen Facebook, which was in news recently for the WSJ investigations and whistleblower testimony before US Congress, would never change its behavior as it sees no danger from any competitor. In addition to prioritizing profit over human lives, Facebook and all of its social networking cousins are indulged in spying people !! Most of us have accepted this aberration as new normal as no alternate is available. When I see problems, technical, social or community related, I don’t get peace until they get addressed. I guess this never compromising attitude made me an entrepreneur.
6 years ago, along with privacy concerns in social media, I had envisioned that Entertainment and Fans would become core of any Next Generation Business Plan or Business Rescue Plan – named the company as Fan’sGlobal SocialNGN and that is proving correct today as we are watching the realignment in the new OTT (Over the Top) Entertainment Content space by big companies like ZEE-Sony, Disney+Hotstar and HBO MAX. 4FANZSM with its Next Generation Role based offerings, is going to play a major role because most fans can not afford to subscribe all OTT Services. So, Businesses have to either subsidize them or pay for their loyal BIZFANS. The 4FANZSM platform is ready with that solution.

Entrepreneurs get chance to become billionaires but how the billions are spent in their life time makes major impact in the technology arena and society. There are thousands of creative talents want funding for their startups, movies, albums, web series but struggling to get attention of these billionaires. Some people are millionaire or billionaire today because some investors had trusted and invested in their idea. Now, it is time for these successful entrepreneurs to payback to the entrepreneur community by investing in ideas that they believe would work. Currently, most Millionaires and Billionaires don’t fund much on ideas but after they retire, try to get good name by creating a foundation, while still keeping most of the money with them.
Q. In the world full of social media apps, how do you aim to provide users with a better privacy-focused social network?
Privacy got two major aspects – “Feeling secure while browsing web services in the internet and having a sense of not being watched, tracked or snooped by someone”. Today, both are missing and we are just getting along with whatever big tech companies are offering; they tell us using their multi-page privacy policy “Either you trade your privacy to use our free services or you have nowhere else to go”. Most believe that, if big companies like Google, Facebook and Microsoft can’t provide a fix to hacking, phishing etc. and recommend us to get trained in Cyber Security (like defensive driving) that includes our aging Parents of pre-Internet era, then we have no choice but to live with risks. That is not true as we could invent solutions that they didn’t do. Then comes the unethical business model of current Social Media and Search giants. They force you a multi-page privacy policy, which I term as “Demanding Invasion of Privacy Authorization” to use their Free Services or Free Operating Systems.
Social media Apps also use E-Mail. As long as people are using Email they can’t escape Phishing, Virus, Spyware, Trojan, Ransomware etc. because anyone can send you anything. Spam filters are again guess work based on words in an E-mail as good mails often end up in junk folder – people miss important updates and businesses lose customers. If people register in our services (demo available at http://fansial.com ), they would feel the difference as it empowers a user to accept or reject peer requests based on need; Enterprises also can whitelist companies with which they do Business in a LatterBoxSM Enterprise Networking mode so employees don’t exchange messages with unwanted companies without authorization from their Enterprise LatterBoxSM Admin team.
Describe the range of products and services you are into.
We are huge – as we are the only one who provides almost all the services branded as “Web4Everything” (W4E); if you have a business – we have a Zone-Domain-Role (ZDR) space for you. If you ask where CIO Bulletin would find place ? We have TechMalls.com and TrueNewz.com available for you !! You could even find more ZDR spaces to expand your presence. As I speak, we are in discussion with our Tablet vendors to deliver us samples with Lineage OS (The non-Google Android) as we don’t want anything with Google in our internet Green Zone. Our one line pro-user privacy policy and Google’s multi-page pro-company privacy policy won’t get along. Privacy loving enterprise and standard users try to stay away from Google as evident from Google Workspace which is struggling and keep changing names. Enterprise is scared of both Facebook and Google! Also, we don’t need 3rd party apps in our 4FANZSM App Cloud as we provide all the services across 1000 roles with an integrated database – a Green Zone ZDR Architecture requirement.
In addition to this, we started funding startups via our FANSIAL Capital Investments Inc. All the startups that are funded by us would eventually be integrated with our Next Generation 4FANZSM App Cloud where they get role based customers of respective Zones. As I speak, We have at least 5 investment proposals pending varying from $7K to $12 million. In Dallas, TX, we have formed DFW FANSIAL NETWORK meetup group to stay connected with potential investors who would invest in our projects. We got about 25 potential investors and the list is growing day by day. Time to time, we will be announcing and scheduling meetings. We welcome all investors to this network to learn about investment opportunities.
The 4FANZ (For Fans) brand has become so popular because every one is a fan of some one and they can relate the brand to themselves. Also, because of our presence in Entertainment Space since last several years we got considerable fan following for our brand. 4FANZ Studios is among the most searched studios. We tied up with an Italian Shoe manufacturer Alive Shoes and recently launched World’s First and only Shoes brand at http://4fanz.fashion.) that is based on Roles : 4FANZ CEO, 4FANZ MANAGER, 4FANZ DOCTOR, 4FANZ ACTOR, 4FANZ SPORTSMAN and 4FANZ SPORTSWOMAN. We have not yet finished adding more roles to the above list. The shoe lovers are excited and shoe makers are in shock because none of them were expecting a “Role based shoe” of highest quality to storm the market. Whoever registers in our Role based FANSIAL NETWORK will find an appropriate shoe to order based on their subscribed role ! Is not this nice and unique? You probably never heard of a role based shoe.
The term Fan’s has become a huge hit in context of our trade name and we have started licensing this for Fast Food Chain as well. We formed a subsidiary company Fan’s Pizza Parlors LLC, keeping an eye on affordability criteria for low income wage earners. Anyone can own a community pizza parlor with our Brand Name FIZZAA ( http://4fanz.pizza ) with an investment of $10K. There are plans to license 4FANZSM brand for 7-11 type stores as http://4fanz.store to create the biggest FANSIAL PHYSICAL NETWORK. STEMRobot.com would bring all the education service providers under one roof of FANSIAL LEARNING NETWORK and service2buy.com would bring all service providers under the FANSIAL SERVICES NETWORK. The FANSIAL NETWORK is so huge (much bigger than Facebook, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn Combined in terms of service offerings) and so well organized as a Zone-Domain-Role network, that the fans can find stuff very easily in our Green Zone, without a Google type search by just switching their roles or switching service domains from menu.
Our projected revenue by end of 2022 would be about $1.6 Billion Dollar. By end of 2024, The projected subscription strength of FANSIAL NETWORK would be around 1 Billion.
We have launched 4FANZSM Club Services and in the process of Launching OTT (Over The Top) Entertainment Services. The plan is to host our own produced and licensed contents with our Movies4Fans.com and OTT.Theater. We are currently producing web series and music albums in Hindi and exploring financiers and co-producers for many mainstream films. We are in talks with OTT service providers to license their contents for our FANSIAL ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK. We have already signed licensing agreement with S.P. Productions – a Music Production Collabarator and in the process of sending a proposal to Sony Music for licensing their contents for our upcoming OTT service at Music4Fans.com. 4FANZ.club membership is available for $120/year for Music lovers where we form a group of 25 in each city and facilitate a live singing or performing environment.

Apart from technical ventures, you seem to be enthusiastic about concerts as well. Tell us something more about that.
I am a great fan of movies and music. In 2018, In Dallas, Texas, a group of amateur Karaoke Singers couldn’t find a slot to sing in a public Karaoke Event. So, We formed the DBP (Dallas Bollywood Performers) Music group to enjoy singing and improve quality of our singing by creating a one page informal guideline; we helped each other to improve – seniors mentored juniors. Later others also joined and that is now one of the best Bollywood Karaoke and Live Singing Group. Some of us – Sammy M and Gautami Roy - are now Playback singers and turned Professionals. A few others are in line to sing in our upcoming Music Albums. 3 of our talents Thampy Sahu, Neha Paul and Prabha Singh have been recognized with AudieNce1st Awards based on Audience Reaction to their performances. This is the very first of its kind serious entertainment initiative in Karaoke era, where typical singers used to sing casually without practice and mentoring. Keeping DBP format, we formed another Music Group DOP (Dallas Ollywood Performers) for a regional language which is also a hit and these efforts will continue across all cities where music lovers are waiting to perform live. Many talents don’t get a live performing platform and are struck with Smule and Starmaker type virtual platforms.
