New ‘Vital’ range targets energy, sleep, muscle strength and healthy ageing as global population over 40 surges.
Global food and beverage leader Nestlé is stepping deeper into the fast-growing longevity space with the launch of a new line of functional nutrition drinks designed for adults steering midlife and beyond.
The newly introduced ‘Nestlé Vital’ range features two formulations, Morning Routine and Evening Routine, each tailored to support specific daily health needs. The Morning blend focuses on energy, mental clarity and strength, while the Evening drink is crafted to promote better sleep, muscle maintenance and skin health. The products will first roll out in Latin America, followed by launches across Europe and Asia.
Both formulations combine proteins, fibers, vitamins and minerals with patented bioactive ingredients aimed at addressing nutritional gaps commonly seen with ageing.
With nearly half the world projected to be over 40 by 2040 and most adults failing to meet recommended daily intakes for essential nutrients, Nestlé Vital was created to address the nutrition gap with products that are not only evidence-based but also tasty and easy to integrate into daily diets.
The launch follows the company’s recent focus on strengthening its nutrition and health science capabilities. As consumers increasingly seek convenient, science-driven solutions to support long-term wellness, Nestlé is positioning itself at the intersection of food, functionality and healthy ageing.
With longevity now shaping global food innovation, Nestlé’s move signals how mainstream brands are transforming everyday beverages into targeted health solutions.
