Rob Ganjon, the CEO of ForceBrands is a transformation-oriented leader with extensive experience guiding companies through pivotal growth stages. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, he oversees ForceBrands' strategic vision.

Prior to joining Force, Rob served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cella, a creative and marketing staffing and consulting firm. During his tenure at Cella, he was responsible for increasing the enterprise value three times in three years before it was sold to Randstad in 2021. In addition, he's held executive leadership positions at American Express and several mid-sized firms.

With a proven track record of scaling mid-sized businesses, Rob is focused on driving growth and operational excellence. His expertise includes building high-performing cultures, optimizing company performance, transforming business operations, and building strong client relationships.

Rob earned a BS degree in finance from Clemson University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
