APA Hangar Project at Centennial Airport

The facility includes a 7,000 square-foot passenger terminal, 4,000 square feet of office/shop space, and 135,000 square feet of ramp space. BFI Hangar and Office Development Project
At Boeing Airfield/King County International Airport, Modern Aviation completed a remarkable project in April 2022. This development includes 64,500 square feet of hangar space, an additional 7,500 square feet of leasable office space, and a newly renovated FBO terminal. This contemporary facility incorporates recycled materials and Cradle to Cradle Certified products, reflecting a commitment to sustainability. The modernized amenities, including a laundry center, ice machine, kitchenette, restroom, and shower, provide a contemporary twist on traditional FBO facilities.
TJIG Hangar Project at Isla Grande Executive Airport
The TJIG Hangar Project, completed recently, includes two 24,000 square-foot hangars, each equipped with 28-foot high doors to accommodate the largest business jets. These hangars are built to withstand severe weather conditions such as hurricanes and earthquakes, featuring a geo-pier foundation system. He was also a Board Member at Universal Weather & Aviation and Air Culinaire Worldwide.
