Puretalk.ai humanizing artificial intelligence

The chatbot craze began in 2016 when Meta, formerly known as Facebook, announced a developer-friendly platform to build chatbots on Facebook messenger. Soon, chatbots were heralded as the next stage of the conversational revolution. The hype that bots would become the next great thing can be attributed directly to app fatigue. Consumers spend most of their time using apps created by Google, Apple, and Facebook.

Artificial Intelligence bots present a new way for companies to adopt nascent natural language technologies to generate traffic, usage, and engagement—the buzzwords of the app economy.

Current versions of chatbots can be inefficient and frustrating to use, besides being confided to answering simple queries that follow a set pattern. But what if a chatbot could help you perform more complex, multistep tasks such as checking your schedule, clearing your calendar, and calling a cab to the airport in 30 minutes?

Puretalk.ai is one of the most humanized conversational AI platforms. On average, businesses experience challenges managing their communication processes due to lack of technology, inadequate resources, and high turnover, ultimately affecting their potential revenue and expenses. Puretalk’s conversational AI platform as a service ( CPAAS) solution simplifies through its unique algorythyms and patent pending TTS+natural sounding human voices. Its patent-pending voice AI platform as a service (PaaS) solution simplifies organizations’ informal processes through its unique algorithms to synthesize natural-sounding human voices.

The following excerpts were taken from a conversation with Evan Sirlin, CEO and Founder, Claude Polonov, CTO, and Brian Garr, CPO, of Puretalk.ai

Q. How do you go about innovation in your organization?

Innovation is part of our DNA. Even as a startup, we have a research department working on innovative technologies around natural language understanding, natural language generation, and speech synthesis. Their job is to do hard things, not produce products.

Q. What capabilities should leaders have to be more innovative, according to you?

If you go down from point A to point B, you’re not innovating. We’re going from point A to multiple destinations based on where the research takes us within the confines of Humanizing AI. I believe in encouraging the “Just do it attitude.” The atmosphere and environment must be happy, fun, always encouraging change and creativity of what has been done before.

Also, I always offer short-term and long-term rewards for milestones met.

Another key to success is a Why Not attitude. When anyone says it can’t be done, I say why not?

Q. How do you effectively prototype, striking the right balance between speed, resources deployed, and learning?

Fail fast, fail often. Make small bets and then drive the wins.

Q. How do you go about business model innovation?

Ultimately, the business model for a new product is based on what product or services the consumer needs and wants. Listen to your early customers; they will help you find a suitable business model. Also, I always have a vision in mind and have to think ahead.

Q. How do you organize for game-changing disruption?

As executives, it is essential to be open to changing all of your preconceived ideas about what the company is about and where it is going. Having a research department with a broad mission means disruption can come from ideas and wins that were not even on the table when you started the company. I also always delegate to the key people around me to do what they do best to get things done. If I am the key to all the decisions, it will not succeed at the scale we all want.

Q. How committed are you to deliver reliable solutions to customers?

My history is in delivering 100% uptime healthcare deliverables to the elderly and consumer products and services worldwide to millions of people. Our track record in delivering phenomenally reliable solutions for over three decades speaks for itself.

Q. Why should Puretalk.ai be picked over others?

We are leading the way in a new industry of Humanizing conversational AI, synthesizing speech that is contextually aware, relevant, accessible in multiple modalities, and cloning voices for all mediums, including the metaverse. We have the most innovative creative team with a proven track record of winning. Our patent-pending Puretalk TTS+ and RUTH( Really Understanding The Humans) NLP hybrid full stack solutions have already disrupted a space full of unicorns that others have said it can’t be done.

The cost-effective, simple, easy-to-use most Human-like voices and acting conversational AI solutions must be heard, spoken with, or interacted with. After that interaction, is where the world then says aha!!! This new unique, smarter, and more intuitive than any other conversational AI platform or Human-like voice AI solution. Add the business backgrounds of the co-founders, not all being tech people, and that is why we are “The Voice of AI.” We are “Humanizing AI.”

Talk about your industry experience and learnings.

My industry experience has always been around delivering clever devices and services in the healthcare and direct-to-consumer industries to aid the elderly in leading a better, safer life. My move to the software industry came from my mission to help the elderly, but it has taken on a whole new life with the disruptive technologies that have come out of our Research Department. It has been eye-opening, and I learn something new every day. The learning curve is steep, but the challenge and the vision have me excited and committed. I never thought I would be in a SaaS company. However, there is no stopping us now.
