The Inception of VOX ISM
When Jim Heaton, President of VOX ISM, looks back at the company’s beginnings, he remembers a simple yet bold mission. “Vox was created in 1999 to sell and implement Visual Mfg. Software, the first Windows-based ERP product the market,” he says.
VOX ISM’s journey didn’t stop there. “We then evolved and also sold Microsoft CRM (was Canada’s first Microsoft CRM partner), then started selling NAV in 1999 when it released its role-based version,” Jim adds.
What started as a pioneering effort in ERP quickly expanded into a broader vision, helping Canadian businesses leverage Microsoft solutions to grow and succeed. Today, VOX ISM stands as Canada’s #1 Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications, a testimony to its commitment to innovation, expertise, and client success.
