KMTC uses managed services together with e-learning and information technology improvements to strengthen Social Health Authority implementation and improve health service quality.

KMTC delivers improved training methods for the efficient implementation of the Social Health Authority (SHA) to strengthen claim management and new system service delivery. Dr. Kelly Oluoch as CEO stated that qualified staff needs to fix pre-authorization problems created by Social Health Authority implementations.

Dr. Oluoch made the announcement at Bondo KMTC about adding a Medical Insurance course to help the government realize its Taifa Care program which targets healthcare accessibility for all Kenyans.

As part of its support for research training programs KMTC enhances its Local Area Networks and expands Wi-Fi capabilities in its campuses for continuous Internet access. Dr. Oluoch discussed e-learning platforms alongside simulation laboratories and ERP systems achieving two objectives: first allowing students to monitor their progress and secondly enabling remote learning thereby minimizing face-to-face contact.

The institution devotes its resources to digital tools and IT infrastructure management services to enhance how training approaches and services are delivered to students. The innovative program at the college delivers two important objectives by satisfying local healthcare needs and preparing students to operate in international healthcare markets as digital professionals in healthcare service delivery.
