Over 150 students from esteemed Saudi universities have been carefully selected to participate in this transformative six-month journey, aimed at equipping them with essential leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills. Launched in Riyadh in 2019, Jeel Tamooh has emerged as a premier platform for Saudi youth to embark on a rigorous learning experience tailored to their career aspirations.

Under the guidance of BCG's seasoned consultants, participants undergo intensive training sessions covering a spectrum of topics, including management consulting, strategic problem-solving, and practical project experience.
