Second Century Ventures opens applications for the 2025 REACH Commercial program that benefited innovative proptech companies thinking beyond borders in the realm of real estate.

Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment branch of the National Association of Realtors for opening applications for the 2025 REACH Commercial technology growth program. As One of Active Global Venture Funds in the Proptech Industry, Two of the REACH's Market, South Africa and Korea, saw Proptech in Commercial Real Estate as One Focus Area.

The seventh edition of the REACH Commercial program serves entrepreneurs who are developing and supplying tech-savvy solutions such assets across the entire commercial real estate spectrum.
