To build sustainable, green cities with smart infrastructure and efficient, resource management and quality of urban life, India is integrating advanced technologies.
India's Smart Infrastructure Revolution entails transforming urban spaces to meet sustainable living requirements based on smart cities. By emigrating to urban areas, smart city infrastructure development is becoming increasingly necessary for harnessing such growth. Smart cities supported by integrated technologies like AI, IoT, and renewable energy systems will make cities become efficient, resource aware and climate change resilient.
Core to all urban infrastructure transformation in India is renewable energy, which ultimately helps in cutting off dependence on fossil fuels. This involves public-private partnerships that could speak well for the whole project's maintenance over many years. India's airports, including, but not limited to Noida International Airport, are also revolutionizing themselves into smart infrastructure buildings whose sites are managed to save energy in their operations.
Knowledge and technology interoperability are challenges that need to be addressed. However, the firm commitment to building smarter, greener cities is obvious for India. It is evident that this country is on track to becoming the leader in smart infrastructure development for a better quality of urban life with advancing technology and sustainability.
