New partnership with Protect24.ai aims to bring smarter security and peace of mind to travelers across the U.S. and Canada.
In a significant move for the travel and hospitality industry, G6 Hospitality LLC has announced a strategic partnership with Protect24.ai to enhance safety measures across its properties. G6 Hospitality is the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6, operating more than 1,500 locations in the United States and Canada.
As hotels face growing challenges ranging from human trafficking and fraud to narcotics-related incidents, the company is turning to artificial intelligence for support. Protect24.ai’s platform is designed specifically for hospitality environments, helping franchisees identify suspicious patterns early and respond with clarity and confidence.
The system can detect unusual foot traffic, flag potential illicit activity linked to booking behavior, track repeat high-risk visitors, and even cross-reference guest data with missing person alerts. It also monitors misuse of hotel images online to protect brand reputation and offers a dedicated safety hotline to guide staff in real-time.
“This partnership with Protect24.ai is a direct investment in guest safety,” said Sonal Sinha, Chief Executive Officer of G6 Hospitality. “We are committed to equipping our franchisees with the tools and technology they need to stay ahead of emerging threats and protect their businesses, employees, and guests.”
The initiative reflects a broader industry shift toward smarter, tech-driven safety solutions, ensuring that every guest checking into a Motel 6 or Studio 6 feels secure, welcomed, and cared for.
