Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. has appointed Steve Robb as its new group CFO with immediate effect to support the company's commitment to its long-term growth and financial resilience.
Robb will report to chief executive Greg Hendrick and become part of the company's senior leadership team. As a CFO, he will manage enterprise-wide finance functions such as financial reporting and controls, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investments, and tax. Prior to joining Vantage, Robb was a CFO at Somerset Reinsurance and previously held the position of CFO at AXA XL, after more than two decades in senior finance leadership positions. He started off his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed a solid background in global financial governance and risk management.
Robb commented on his appointment that he was attracted to Vantage's culture and how it focuses on leveraging technology and data to support smarter decision-making. He added that he looks forward to working with the leadership team to further build the financial foundation of this group and continue their growth momentum.
