MeitY will launch an AI-assisted chatbot system that enables Indian startups to access funding help and incubation services along with government scheme information through multiple real-time language options.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) developed AI-driven chatbot and voice bot solutions to increase support for startups within India. MSH under MeitY Startup Hub uses the initiative to deliver time-sensitive multilingual guidance for startups seeking government programs and funding and incubation options.

The MSH portal will incorporate this new chatbot system as per the current application requirements which will provide immediate assistance together with AI-based recommendation services and CRM functionality. The NLP functionality allows the system to generate context-specific responses that guarantee smooth communication.

Startups operating in Tier 1 to Tier 3 cities can access the chatbot through its support of Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil and various other languages to enhance accessibility. The AI solution will provide lead generation features alongside sentiment analysis tools and it will obey privacy regulations of GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.

The contract winner will need to deploy the system in five to seven days according to MeitY specifications which includes a 12-month initial operational period. The delivery of proposals by finalists to MeitY will take place after March 26, 2025 through the submission deadline. Startup support together with innovation will benefit from this expected streamlined approach to support entrepreneurial ecosystem development in India.
