Houston Symphony Appoints Rolanda Gregory as CMO

The Houston Symphony  has announced Rolanda Gregory as its new CMO, effective January 5, 2026, enhancing its senior leadership as the organization is concentrating on growing its audience and its brand.

In her position as CMO, Gregory will manage marketing, patron services, and communications, and she will support approximately $13 million in annual ticket sales. A Texas native, she joins the Symphony after years as the Vice President of Marketing at the AT&T Performing Arts Center, where she managed large-scale audience engagement endeavors.

Gregory brings a diverse background to the CMO position, having previously held senior marketing positions with the Memphis Grizzlies and headed up digital marketing initiatives at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. She has experience in performing arts, professional sports, and destination entertainment.

"It's an honor to be a part of the prestigious Houston Symphony," Gregory said, adding she is focused on building on the strong foundation the organization has and contributing to its long-term success.

Executive Director and CEO Gary Ginstling said Gregory's wide-ranging marketing experience will be invaluable as the Symphony continues to expand its audiences and improve its brand position. With Gregory taking the reins for CMO, the Houston Symphony hopes to improve the engagement tactics and further connections with patrons throughout its markets.
