Eezy finishes an AI-enabled ERP implementation, which improves personnel management, autofills schedules, and optimizes the hiring, delivery, and billing to every region of the country.

Eezy has revealed that its AI-based ERP installed in the staffing services division has been successfully introduced. Franchise entrepreneurs also use the new ERP system, which is considered a milestone of a digital transformation in the company.

The ERP system is technically stable and has already produced its results, according to CEO Johan Westermarck. Speed of shift order fulfillment has improved, and there is now a possibility to deploy staff more efficiently. Interestingly, now customers do their shift orders right in the system (45%), and shifts in the hotel and restaurant business are filled through AI (30%).

The ERP system is the core of Eezy's strategy related to using technology and the application of artificial intelligence in order to achieve a competitive advantage. It makes pure digitalization possible by processing all customer orders and hiring needs, all steps of payment, and invoices, creating the possibility to scale industries and locations.

According to CDO Päivi Salo, a constant dialogue with the user groups is important, and she described how the system has been developed through user input and shall be revised in the same vein. She said that the ERP implementation was a mark of a new milestone in the implementation of the digital strategy of Eezy.

The successful ERP rollout places Eezy on the path to increasing productivity and automation and generating smarter workforce management on a scale.
