eMaint takes two first places in CMMS and EAM ratings, demonstrating a worldwide effectiveness in asset lifecycle management and predictive maintenance packages.
eMaint has been identified as a leader in the 2025 Verdantix Green Quadrant of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), after previously being found in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) quadrant. That is why eMaint is among the few companies that became a leader in CMMS and EAM assessment.
The award highlights how eMaint can help organizations throughout the entire asset lifecycle, from maintenance planning and implementation to enterprise-scale strategic asset performance. Having mastered CMMS and EAM, the platform proves its capacity to be flexible, configurable, and global-ready, working with large multi-site operations across the globe.
Parker Burke, Group President, Fluke Corporation, emphasized that the dual recognition serves as an indicator that eMaint is in a unique position to expand alongside its customers as they mature into predictive, connected operations.
The Verdantix report attributed eMaint's high scores to its asset management and condition monitoring features, as well as mobility and the ability to track assets through IoT. eMaint supports 35 languages and many currencies to assist international businesses in standardizing maintenance processes on thousands of assets.
Director of Product Management at eMaint, Navin Kulkarni, explained that the success of both CMMS and EAM proves that the platform is on track in moving its customers out of reactive maintenance and into smart asset management.
