Through the Fab marketplace, Epic Games is giving a free 165-asset warehouse pack to game and VFX artists until 26 August 2025.
Epic Games announced a new asset pack consisting of 165 modular structures for the Warehouse Environment, created in July of this year, which will be available on their new Fab marketplace until 26 August 2025. ScansMatter produced the pack, which comes with more than 160 modular 3D assets meant to be used with high-end games and VFX projects exterior and interior building models as well as detailed props (pallets, boxes, drums, forklifts, hand carts.)
The assets are optimized with Nanite geometry streaming in Unreal Engine and are using Lumen; the assets have PBR textures that go up to 4K. Although designed to work with Unreal Engine 5.1+, they may be utilized in any compatible tool or engine with the Fab Standard license, including commercial projects, under the terms of the EULA.
This pack will also be ideally suited to those developers and artists working within the gaming and VFX industries since the pack will enable them to generate photorealistic environments at breakneck speeds to be used as a backdrop to cinematics, simulations and interactive experiences, according to Epic Games. The free distribution of such high-quality content will help the company reduce the entry bar to creators and spur innovation in the gaming and VFX market globally.
