Angela’s journey began in her twenties, when she struggled with unhealthy eating habits and smoking. After a life-changing experience at a wellness retreat in Thailand, she decided to make a career change, retraining for three years before founding SuperWellness in 2011. Under Angela’s leadership, SuperWellness has become the UK’s leading provider of lifestyle-centered wellbeing services, working with over 500 organizations.
Angela’s passion for workplace wellbeing is evident in her commitment to ongoing research. Currently pursuing a Masters in Organizational Psychology, she is focused on understanding the role of wellbeing implementers within organizations.
