New facility in Urasoe City offers digital and global managed services, ensuring reliable, 24/7 IT operations for businesses.
transcosmos has opened its newest facility, BPO Center Okinawa Urasoe, in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture, aiming to meet the growing demand for reliable managed IT services. The center is designed as a dedicated hub for system operations monitoring, managed services, and troubleshooting, helping companies maintain smooth, uninterrupted digital operations.
As businesses accelerate digitalization, system development projects are on the rise, creating a need for professional monitoring and operational support. transcosmos’ new center complements its existing Okinawa IDC/MSP Center, which has been providing managed services since 2007, combining proven expertise with enhanced infrastructure to deliver continuous, high-quality service.
The 400-square-meter facility provides digital managed services, leveraging operational data and expertise to optimize IT stability and efficiency. It also offers global managed services, with multilingual, 24/7 monitoring and support that ensures international clients receive the same reliability as domestic operations.
“Our goal is to help businesses minimize system downtime while maximizing efficiency,” said a transcosmos team. “By centralizing managed service operations in Okinawa, we can deliver faster, more reliable support across digital and global environments.”
With this expansion, transcosmos strengthens its role as a trusted partner for organizations navigating complex IT environments, offering a professional, human-centered approach to managed services that ensures continuity, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
