New partnership targets fragmented MarTech stacks, promising faster, smarter, software-led marketing operations.
Cognizant and Typeface have joined forces to tackle one of enterprise marketing’s biggest challenges: disconnected technology stacks that slow execution and limit personalization. The new partnership brings together Cognizant’s transformation expertise and Typeface’s agentic AI platform to help companies modernize marketing through technology-led orchestration.
As AI rapidly changes how consumers discover, evaluate and buy products, many marketing teams are still working with outdated tools and manual handoffs. Cognizant’s research suggests that by 2030, AI-influenced consumers will drive more than half of purchasing decisions in the United States. Yet most enterprise marketing systems are not built to respond in real time.
The collaboration focuses squarely on marketing technology. Typeface’s AI-native platform is designed to orchestrate the entire marketing workflow, from campaign planning and content generation to channel optimization, within a single system. Instead of juggling multiple tools, marketers can rely on agentic AI to coordinate tasks, data and decisions across platforms.
Cognizant will help enterprises integrate this technology into their existing MarTech ecosystems, including CRM, CMS and customer data platforms. Its teams will support implementation, customization and change management to ensure the technology delivers measurable results.
The companies say the goal is to shift marketing from a fragmented set of tools into a connected, software-driven capability. Expected benefits include faster campaign launches, improved personalization, clearer performance insights and greater agility across marketing teams.
By combining AI orchestration with enterprise-grade governance and responsible AI practices, Cognizant and Typeface aim to set a new standard for how marketing technology powers growth in the AI era.
