IPR Ghana congratulates President Elect John Dramani Mahama

IPR Ghana commends President elect John Dramani Mahama and Vice President elect Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang for their achievements in leadership through public relations.

Institute of Public Relations Ghana brings congratulations from all members to the newly-elected president, John Dramani Mahama, for making it in the elections held on December 7. In her message, President of IPR Ghana and CEO of Stratcomm Africa, Esther A. N. Cobbah said that IPR Ghana was happy Mr. Mahama has succeeded, and that he is a communication professional as well as a Fellow of the Institute.

Cobbah similarly wished Mahama for wisdom, strength, and courage, taking the highest office in the nation and added, "May your term indeed see a reset of the nation." Congratulations also went to Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the first female Vice President-elect of Ghana by IPR Ghana for what she made history by getting elected.

This very fact that the Institute is recognizing itself here shows that public relations can and is being used to shape leadership and progression among nations and Mahama is in the very great field of public relations.
