A workshop at SMVDU introduced a B.Tech program in Robotics and AI as the University aimed to develop innovation within technological production sectors.
A two-day "Innovations in Tribology and Robotics" workshop took place at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) School of Mechanical Engineering in cooperation with Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). Electrical robots continue reshaping business operations particularly within automotive production and aerospace production and biomedical engineering.
Two experts from IIT Kanpur including Prof. Shakti K Gupta and Dr. Manjesh Kumar served as the workshop experts. Prof. During the workshop Gupta offered expertise on Robotics technology coupled with its industrial use cases and Dr. Kumar examined robotic tribological characteristics. A session of questions followed expert presentations which prompted participants like faculty members and researchers and students to engage in meaningful discussions.
Under the guidance of Dr. Ankush Raina people explored robotics and AI developments during a discussion session. The experts emphasized both intelligent systems integration in robotics together with the necessity of cross-disciplinary coordination during their discussions. The event provided SMVDU with an opportunity to announce its upcoming B.Tech Robotics and Artificial Intelligence program which will start in the following academic term.
The upcoming undergraduate robotics program will educate students with modern robotics abilities which leads to promising job prospects in high-tech industries. The event served as a triumph that demonstrated SMVDU's dedication to robotic education growth and research initiatives.
