SpaceX launches $150B offer

According to reports, Elon Musk’s SpaceX intends to launch a tender offer in December that would put the spacecraft manufacturer's valuation at $150 billion.

According to the New York Post, SpaceX, the largest satellite operator in the world co-founded by Elon Musk, plans to make a tender offer available next month. The company's estimated valuation from the fresh funding is $150 billion, which is the same as it was from the July tender offer.

The New York Post reports that Elon Musk's SpaceX intends to launch a tender offer in December, valuing the spaceship manufacturer at over $150 billion.

The information was released months after SpaceX successfully raised $750 million at a price per share of more than $80 through a tender offer in July. Additionally, the corporation was valued at nearly $150 billion at the time of the share sale. Its valuation, after a prior fundraise, was $137 billion in January.

According to the article, Musk may not be interested in launching an IPO for SpaceX's satellite division, Starlink, if a tender offer is launched next month. Bloomberg revealed earlier this month that the CEO of Twitter was considering going public with Starlink as early as 2024.The millionaire dismissed the allegations as "false" and refuted them.

According to a report published in the New York Post, there are indications that Musk might not be looking for a greater price for SpaceX. The journal stated that investors "are still unsure about the direction of Starlink," which represents the majority of SpaceX's value, citing a person familiar with the situation.
