The Upper Coastal Plain Council of Government's (UCPCOG) new AI-powered chatbot comes from Polimorphic software to increase information access across 40 municipal entities within its five-county region. The smart chatbot provides instant help for inquiries about workforce development alongside planning and financial questions along with other topics for resident and member government use.

UCPCOG intends to enhance the chatbot's scope by connecting it to local government platforms which will deliver precise information to residents without needing them to visit different sites or departments. The initiative marks a major advancement in combination between regional alliance programs and digital administration.

Robert Hiett who serves as the Executive Director of UCPCOG stated that their main objective involves creating accessible efficient local service systems. Through this chatbot technology people from all groups access dependable and timely information effectively.
