New data analytics platform promises smarter, greener, and more efficient supply chain management.
BlueBox Systems has launched a cutting-edge data analytics platform, Tradelane Intelligence, designed to help shippers and logistics providers make smarter, faster, and more informed freight decisions. The platform combines advanced airfreight visibility with premium ocean freight data, offering a comprehensive view of supply chain operations.
Built on verified airfreight data enhanced by AI algorithms and complemented by ocean freight insights from partner Vizion, Tradelane Intelligence allows users to evaluate carriers based on transit times, punctuality, compliance, updates, and CO₂ emissions. Its Eco-Routing feature predicts emissions per route, helping companies implement effective CO₂ reduction strategies aligned with Scope 3 targets.
“With Tradelane Intelligence, we are creating a new level of transparency,” said Martin Schulze, CEO of BlueBox Systems. “Our customers can go beyond simple tracking to make operational and strategic decisions using reliable real-time data tailored to the trade lanes that matter most to their business.”
Additional tools include Demurrage and Detention reporting, which identifies high-risk carriers and ports, and Document Transfer verification, flagging missing paperwork before shipments arrive. Together, these features provide operational foresight and cost control, reducing delays and unforeseen charges.
According to CIO Bulletin, the launch of Tradelane Intelligence marks a significant step toward data-driven logistics, enabling companies to optimize performance, improve sustainability, and stay competitive in a complex global supply chain.
