Dubai Golf announces the appointment of Roger Marti to spearhead the food and beverages strategy of the most distinguished restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Dubai Golf has announced the appointment of Roger Marti as its new Group Director of Food and Beverage and has reaffirmed its goal to enhance culinary experiences throughout the high-end leisure hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Marti will spearhead the food and beverages concept of such iconic locales as Emirates Golf Club, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, Yas Links Abu Dhabi, and Yas Acres Golf & Country Club. He manages 16+ restaurants and banqueting facilities and strives to provide innovation and excellence to the diverse culinary offerings in the group.
Marti commented, “I am delighted to be coming to Dubai Golf at what promises to be this course of enormous growth. We will carry on building dynamic eating adventures that mirror the vitality and standard efficiency of the UAE.”
Marti has more than 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry around the globe with such companies as Zuma and La Nina. He is Spanish-born and was educated in Gastronomy & Hospitality Management, Barcelona.
The appointment of Marti came as a welcome to Max Grenard CEO of WASL Hospitality & Leisure whose leadership will be crucial in modifying the customer-centered F&B offerings in the various places of visit.
The Dubai Golf food and beverage interest owns some of the most renowned establishments such as Carine, Jones the Grocer, Bussola, Villa Selene and Crafty Fox, which specializes in a cultivated fusion of local and international cuisine for residents and visitors alike.
