Trelleborg Showcases Integrated Manufacturing at MD&M West

Trelleborg emphasizes both combined manufacturing and innovation solutions to global healthcare and the life sciences at MD&M West 2026.

Trelleborg Medical Solutions will present its highly developed medical devices and life sciences portfolio at MD&M West 2026, which will be held on February 3-5 in Anaheim, California. The company will display at booth 2911 its Integrated Solutions program that will serve the customers in the early stages of product development to mass production.

The Integrated Solutions approach simplifies the design, prototyping, manufacturing, and sterile packaging process and provides a quicker development cycle of medical devices as well as working with high efficacy of supply chains. Through the consolidation of the purchasing, auditing and logistics, the program assists manufacturers to cut the complexity and general cost of operations.

Trelleborg will also highlight its world manufacturing presence, such as a 107,600-square-foot plant it recently opened in Costa Rica. The growth enhances strength in terms of capacity and also assurance of uniformity in terms of quality via an internationally developed quality management system, a position that contributes to the mitigation of risks within the production processes of medical equipment.

Some of the capabilities that attendees can discover at the event include thermoplastic injection molding, elastomer-molded and extruded tubing, micromoulding and multicomponent parts. The Innovation Center by the company will also illustrate how the speed to prototyping and design-friendly technologies can speed up the time to market.

Trelleborg enjoys extensive experience in all three healthcare, pharmaceutical, and BioTech industries, making it a favored end-to-end solution to multifaceted medical apparatus-related production needs.
