Cycurion, Inc. announced that it has reached a deal to purchase nearly all of the assets of Kustom Entertainment, Inc.'s video-solutions segment for a total price of up to $6.5 million. According to the reports tracked by CIO Bulletin, the purchase of Kustom's video hardware, camera products, platforms, software and related solutions business is covered by the June 24, 2026, Asset Purchase Agreement. The business offers digital evidence management solutions, body-worn cameras and in-car video systems with the Digital Ally brand that are utilized by public safety and law enforcement agencies nationwide. Kustom has over 58 patents related to integration technology, evidence management and video surveillance.
Kustom is dealing with serious financial difficulties at the time of the asset sale. The company's stock has dropped 97% to $0.95 a share in the last year, and its market capitalization has decreased to just $0.6 million. Kustom has a "weak" overall financial health score and is rapidly depleting funds, according to InvestingPro statistics.
