NSDC collaborates with Axim Collaborative as part of an agreement to upgrade Open edX which leads to EdTech innovation in vocational training with AI technologies along with digital credentials and accessibility features.

NSDC together with Axim Collaborative executed an agreement to advance the Open edX learning management system capabilities. By means of their EdTech collaboration the partners work to advance digital education transformation in vocational schooling through the implementation of modular content development alongside credential management and mobile-compatible learning systems.

NSDC has joined the Open edX Technical Oversight Committee through a strategic March 20, 2025 agreement to assist platform development initiatives. NSDC will advance the EdTech ecosystem by providing investments toward infrastructure development and implementing AI learning technology and digital credential systems.

Through his leadership at NSDC Ved Mani Tiwari expressed how this partnership will transform vocational education to generate superior learning potential for developing a workforce that meets future needs. The expanded reach of Open edX under this collaboration will enable effective and accessible educational opportunities according to Stephanie Khurana who leads Axim Collaborative.
