GE HealthCare introduces Vivid Pioneer, an AI-driven medical device that provides superior cardiovascular imaging, more rapid workflows and increased diagnostic accuracy.

GE HealthCare has launched its latest cardiovascular ultrasound system, the Vivid Pioneer, an upgraded ultrasound solution boasting a precision enabled by AI. The medical equipment used has also been accredited. The system has received the CE mark and has passed the FDA 510(k) certification, confirming that it is suitable for use in other countries as well.

The system is designed using the cSound Pioneer architecture and is capable of providing 2D, 4D and color flow imaging in high resolution. It incorporates high-quality probes, invented through the understanding of XDclear technology and has given high-quality pictures/images of the cardiac muscles to the adults as well as the children.

Vivid Pioneer offers the capability of 360% AI performance with smart features such as AI Cardiac Auto Doppler, Easy AFI, and 4D Autos LHQ. These capabilities can streamline automation, reduce variability among clinicians, and provide better and quicker diagnoses.
