Riyadh to host a large PropTech summit dedicated to innovative and sustainable development of real estate.

The Global PropTech Summit will be held in Riyadh and it will host the world leaders in real estate innovation, with the theme being "Innovation for a Sustainable Future." The event will include over 100 speakers who will be representing a total of 85 countries and is organized by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) together with NHC Innovation.

The top real estate companies, PropTech startups, and international investors are invited as well, which emphasizes the growing importance of technology in property market rebranding. The forum will emphasize that PropTech solutions can propel sustainability, efficiencies, and economic development and add value to new business frameworks and digital platforms to sustain changing real estate demands.

The event will also focus on enhancing international cooperation. Startups and well-established technology companies will get a chance to introduce new property solutions, find new contacts with international investors, and discuss the strategies of mutual engagement. This is in line with Saudi Arabia's overall efforts to modernize the real estate sector as part of its economic transformation efforts.
