Vertex, Silverleaf Strengthen UAE’s PropTech Momentum

Vertex Group ventures into the UAE with a PropTech collaboration to encourage digital real estate experience for Indian and international investors.

The Indian businesses attraction within the UAE is still on a steep upswing, and Dubai is developing into a leading destination in real estate investment. The Indian buyers share close to 22 percent of property transactions in Dubai in 2024, indicating the intensifying cross-border interest. Based on this need, Vertex Group has officially joined the dynamic PropTech ecosystem in the UAE by partnering with Silverleaf Real Estate.

The partnership will help enhance the PropTech adoption in the region by providing AI-assisted, all-in-one real estate solutions. Amid the UAE PropTech market being forecasted to realize USD 610 million in 2024, extending to USD 1.55 billion in 2030, Vertex intends to assist hundreds of thousands of Indian investors in having access to property experiences that are tech-enabled and smooth.

The Founder and President of Vertex Group, Gagan Arora, claimed that this collaboration will ease real estate transactions across borders with clear digital solutions and AI-driven services. The platform of the company will provide a full range of services, including booking of properties and creating of workplaces for schooling, healthcare, and other required services, suggested through a special AI concierge.

For its part, Silverleaf Real Estate observed that the technological capabilities in Vertex's possession are in tandem with its vision of having smarter, integrated, real-time activities in real estate that are useful in providing faster, more efficient services to buyers and investors.

The realization of increasing its PropTech in the UAE will ensure that Vertex sets new standards in the digital real estate infrastructure, and it will be a step further in becoming a ₹1,000 crore firm in three years. The move strengthens the overall corporate strategy of transforming the experiences of real estate globally by busting the PropTech solutions with innovation.
