Swiss entrepreneur Neho adds Acheteur.ch to its PropTech team, focusing on new ideas, clearer solutions and clever property services.

The acquisition of Acheteur.ch by Neho is part of a plan to bring better innovation and clearer information to the Swiss property market. Founded in Vaud, Switzerland, Neho is adding Acheteur.ch to give its PropTech services and customer base a boost.

Acheteur.ch was launched by Yoan Basset in 2022 and soon caught the industry’s notice due to its unique free seller support system and CHF 1 million in funding at inception. Several members from the Acheteur.ch team have become part of Neho and the Nehodirect brand will be connected to Neho’s services.

From now on, Acheteur.ch will support property owners and buyers by providing new digital services for valuation, market updates and unique acquisition services. This fits with Neho’s objective to lead progress in the Swiss property sector by relying on PropTech.

The growth of Neho has continued, thanks to recently hiring more than 40 new team members. In addition, the company is investigating offering buyer representation and support with renovating homes.

Neho is raising its digital real estate solutions by investing more into PropTech which puts it in the lead in Switzerland.
