Red Hat has announced a major step toward digital sovereignty in Europe with the launch of Red Hat Confirmed Sovereign Support, a new service designed exclusively for the 27 member states of the European Union. Available from early 2026, the new offering provides technical support for Red Hat software that is delivered entirely within the EU and handled only by verified EU citizens.
