HPE Launches Local Networking Cloud in Saudi Arabia

HPE introduces AI-native networking in Saudi Arabia on a local cloud and improves resiliency, compliance, and digital transformation in enterprises and government.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has chosen to launch a local cloud instance in Saudi Arabia on its HPE Juniper Networking Mist AI-native platform, which will be a significant move towards developing intelligent networking in Saudi Arabia. The new cloud is expected to bring the Marvis(r) AI engine, which is the first Gen AI virtual assistant to the enterprise that produces digital transformation.

The use of AI-native networking in the retail, healthcare, education, government, and manufacturing sectors has helped HPE to gain traction in Saudi Arabia due to their application of the networking solutions. Marvis also includes proactive insights, automation, and self-healing features that improve the user experience, making it easier to operate between a client and a cloud.

According to Jacob Chacko, Regional Director, Middle East and Africa, HPE Networking, with the introduction of a local Mist cloud instance, the company will be even more determined to drive the digital future of Saudi Arabia. It can help organizations to use AI-native networking at scale and store data locally and comply with requirements.

The cloud instance is agile and has resiliency and scale in wireless and wired access, zero trust network access, indoor location services, SD-WAN/SASE, and storage of data. It also prepares businesses and government agencies to address stringent data privacy and regulatory as well as compliance demands.

This growth emphasizes the direction that HPE is pursuing in the provision of intelligent, secure, and automated networking solutions throughout the world. In addition to Saudi Arabia, HPE Mist cloud can be deployed in the United States and six other countries already, which strengthens its plans of accommodating digital-first strategies in different parts of the world.
